This page is our basic help section for anyone having problems with our website or chat rooms. Should you have any problems like the chat rooms not loading then you should find some information on this page to help you.
Should you be able to log into the chat room and you still beed help then your first stop should be to speak to the room admin who can then point you in the right direction. If for some reason you cannot access a chat room then it could be for a number of reasons:
A) The chat room is under maintenance - In which case there will be a clear sign so you are aware that the chat rooms is temporarily closed.
B) Flashplayer needed - If that is the case then just simply update your flashplayer at the main Adobe website to download the latest flashplayer.
The chat room is slow!
If for some reason the chat room appears slow then please clear all your cookies and cache which can surprisingly increase the speed of the chat room and will also make your general web surfing much faster!
How do I delete cookies and cache?
First clean your computer of the cookies by clicking on START, go to your CONTROL PANEL, then INTERNET OPTIONS
Notice that the second row down says DELETE COOKIES. Click on that and then click on DELETE TEMPORARY FILE. When a little box comes up and says DELETE OFFLINE, you don't have to click on that. Only click on DELETE COOKIES. If the box says DELETE TEMPORARY FILES, you can choose to do that as well.
Once you have done this then just re-open the chat room and you should find the site is much faster.
